To request deletion of your DomCare Portal account, email us at:

Please include your full name and the email address or phone number linked to your account so we can identify it and process your request.
How to Delete Your Account

- The email address linked to your account
- Your phone number, if applicable
- A clear statement that you want your DomCare Portal account deleted
- We may ask for limited information to verify your identity before actioning the request
What We Delete
Once your request has been verified, we will delete your DomCare Portal app account and the user data associated with that account, unless we are required to retain certain information for legitimate legal, regulatory, safeguarding, security, fraud prevention, payroll, care, or compliance reasons.
- Your account access to the DomCare Portal app will be removed
- Your account profile and associated app account data will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate
- Any retained information will only be kept where necessary and permitted by law

In limited cases, DomCare Limited may retain certain records where necessary for legitimate reasons, including:

- Regulatory compliance
- Safeguarding obligations

Where retention is required, the data will be securely stored and only retained for as long as required under applicable laws or regulations.
How Long It Takes
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. Where additional time is required for legal or operational reasons, we will let you know.
If You Cannot Access the App
You do not need access to the app to request deletion. If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you can still request account deletion by emailing [email protected].
